One calendar hold for the client. Candidates run back to back.

Run this session autonomously. Nobody from Armasourcing needs to attend: the room opens itself, admits each candidate in order, advances on the timer, marks no shows, and closes when the last one is done. The client also gets a Next control. Untick to host it yourself.

Invites

Email the client their calendar hold and session link from hello@ (replies go to Lyza). Their copy never carries a candidate name or address.

You add candidates on the next screen, from the pool or by typing a name and email. Each one gets their own invite from hello@, never naming the client or the company.
